1. Summary

Your email never leaves your computer. On this site and during activation we collect the minimum needed to sell and deliver the license, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Brazil's LGPD (Law 13,709/2018) and equivalent laws in other countries. Neural System is the controller of this data.

2. What the app does not collect

Neural Mail Repair does not send us any email, attachment, contact, email address from your messages, file name or content from the mailboxes analyzed. That content is processed only on your computer, under your responsibility.

3. What we collect

Waitlist: email, name (optional), plan of interest, language and visit source (utm). Purchase: name, email, country, plan and the payment record provided by Stripe. License: the key and an anonymous identifier for each activated computer.

Site analytics: pages viewed and button clicks, with an anonymous identifier that changes every day and without storing your IP address. If you decline in the privacy notice, none of this is sent.

4. What we use it for, and the legal basis

Notifying you about the launch (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time), processing payment and delivering and validating the license (performance of the contract), providing support and preventing fraud (legitimate interest), and meeting tax obligations (legal obligation). We do not sell or share your data for advertising.

5. Who we share it with

Stripe (payments), the email provider that sends the key and notices, and our hosting and license infrastructure. Each processes the data only to provide that service. Some of these providers are outside your country; in those cases the transfer follows the safeguards required by the GDPR and the LGPD, such as standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep it

Waitlist: until launch plus 12 months, or until you ask to leave. Purchases and licenses: for the period required by tax law and while the license exists.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, portability or deletion of your data, information about sharing and withdrawal of consent, and object to processing, through the contact form at neuralsystem.com.br/contato. Residents of the European Union and the United Kingdom may complain to their country's data protection authority; in Brazil, to the ANPD. California residents have the rights granted by the CCPA, including the right to know what data we collect; we do not sell personal information.

8. Cookies

Neural Mail Repair pages do not use advertising cookies. Your choice in the privacy notice is stored in your own browser and can be changed at any time.
