Download and activate Neural Mail Repair

The download is free: scan and preview your mailboxes. To save everything, activate a license.

The installer will be available at launch.

Requirements

  • Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit
  • Free space of at least twice the size of the file to repair
  • Outlook is not needed to scan and save
  • Internet only to activate the license

How to activate your license

  1. Open the "Your Neural Mail Repair key" email and copy the key.
  2. In Neural Mail Repair, click Activate license.
  3. Paste the key and confirm. Done: the Save button is unlocked.

Didn't get the key? Check your spam and Promotions folders. If it's not there, request the purchase management link.
